Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: At the end of this course students acquire knowledge and skills regarding the frequently observed behavioral problems of individuals with ASD as well as behavioral techniques to solve these problems at educational environments.



Course Content: Frequently observed behavioral problems at ASD, aggressive and resruptive behaviors, limited and repetitive behaviors, family opinions regarding behavioral problems, functions of behavioral problems, differential reinforcement techniques, functional behavioral analysis, response cost, time-out, other behavioral tehniques
