Course Objectives: | Students will be able to define the basic concepts related to sports facility management, to evaluate the factors that affect the selection of the establishment of sports facilities, to analyze the marketing and sales process, to create event management, to be able to manage the risk, to define the basic concepts related to the field and material knowledge in sports facilities. |
Course Content: | This course includes basic business concepts, the place of enterprises in the economic cycle, and the responsibilities of enterprises. (Basic Concepts related to Business, Establishment Studies of Business, Business Size Measures, Legal Structures of Enterprises, Production, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Management, Research and Development) |
