Course Objectives: | This course is designed to teach students how to make a flight reservation, fare qoutation and electronic ticketing using the Computerized Reservation System (CRS) and to have the user's certificate of the relevant CRS. |
Course Content: | CRS concept and types, working systems Explanation of PNR concept and required fields Explaining Airline and Travel Agency systems Information on reservation terminology Description of the Galileo System City, country, airport, aircraft type codes and descriptions. Display of flight tariffs. Explanation of system responses But Olabilirlikgörüntül. Segment information.
