Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: In this course; adult education, health and safety training in the workplace, and this training is provided about the necessary communication skills during.
Course Content: Definition and scope of education, Educational processes; Objective determination, goal setting, learning activities, measurement, evaluation, teaching strategies, methods and techniques, learning psychology, principles of adult education, learning power of adults, characteristics of adult learning, educational tools; Visual, Audiovisual, Audio-visual, Interactive training techniques, Importance of education in the formation of security culture, Risk groups directed by business education, ISG training of employees in old and new labor laws, Good practice examples of integration of occupational health and safety in education, Health education, Education and communication.
