Course Objectives: | This course examines the court structure in Turkey, status of judges, initiation of proceedings, summary and ordinary procedures, jurisdiction, petition of the case and reply, evidence, burden of proof, means of proof including written instruments, witnesses, oath and expert evidence, effect of judgments, and enforcement procedures. |
