Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to provide the students of the Department of Health Management with a conceptual level of knowledge about the meaning, development, terminology, basic functions and logistics applications of logistics in the health sector.
Course Content: n this course, demand forecasting, Material requirement planning, purchasing process, inventory control and inventory control methods, Storage, distribution, Contemporary approaches in material management, (Bar-Code, JIT, RFID), logistics and logistics management, supplier selection, contract management other issues related to process and material management.

He uses the second foreign language at a level that can follow the sectoral developments, do scientific research and communicate, and maintain business relations. Uses information and communication technologies with computer programs required by the field. By analyzing public health problems, it can produce solutions in line with needs and creates health education and communication programs accordingly. Organization / Institution acts in accordance with business, social and scientific ethical values; has sufficient awareness of cultural values ​​and environmental protection, quality, occupational health and safety.
