Course Objectives: To gain the ability to effectively manage individual and organizational conflicts by ensuring that the participants have knowledge in the field of conflict and conflict management.
Course Content: Explanation of Conflict and Conflict Management Concepts; Approaches to Conflict; The Relationship Between Amount of Conflict and Organizational Performance; Individual and organizational effects of conflicts; Main Factors Affecting Conflict: Culture and Personality; Diagnosing Conflict; Individual Conflicts and Management in Educational Organizations; Intra-Group Conflicts and Management in Educational Organizations; Intergroup Conflicts and Management in Educational Organizations; Interpersonal Conflicts and Management in Educational Organizations; Negotiation Techniques and Practice in Conflict Management; Mediation and its Application in Conflict Management.
