Course Objectives:

To gain the ability to effectively manage individual and organizational conflicts by ensuring that the participants have knowledge in the field of conflict and conflict management.

Explanation of Conflict and Conflict Management Concepts; Approaches to Conflict; The Relationship Between Amount of Conflict and Organizational Performance; Individual and organizational effects of conflicts; Main Factors Affecting Conflict: Culture and Personality; Diagnosing Conflict; Individual Conflicts and Management in Educational Organizations; Intra-Group Conflicts and Management in Educational Organizations; Intergroup Conflicts and Management in Educational Organizations; Interpersonal Conflicts and Management in Educational Organizations; Negotiation Techniques and Practice in Conflict Management; Mediation and its Application in Conflict Management.
