Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
Learning Outcomes
1 - Knowledge
Theoretical - Conceptual
1) After successfully completing this course, the students will be able to: • Know the key operational and technological measures as well as the economic and regulatory tools for limiting atmospheric pollution from road transport. • Understand how the change of personal habits of movement of citizens (use of bicycle, public transport, eco-driving, etc.) can lead to a reduction in pollution. • Know the ways to reduce the noise and atmospheric pollution by aviation. • Know the basic problems and the solutions associated with shipping and the environment. • Identify and use reliable sources of information on the subject in English and Greek. • Implement the above knowledge on a simple problem of transport and the environment, selecting the most appropriate solution.
