Course Objectives: In Coaching and Leadership Skills course, it is aimed to develop the basic coaching and leadership skills that students will need in order to lead themselves and others. In this context, it is aimed to explain the basic principles of coaching and leadership skills and to carry out some practices to develop these skills that will support individual and institutional development.
