Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: In this course, the principles of orthopedic physiotherapy, the physiology and mechanical disorders of the intervertebral mobile segment, the principles of manipulative therapy, direct and indirect manipulation techniques, and sample treatment session protocols will be explained.
Course Content: Definition of mobilization, types of manipulation and mobilization, situations in which manipulation and mobilization is used and not used, deep friction massage, spinal mobilization and manipulation methods will be discussed.
