Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: Information and practices on the diagnosis and fulfillment of the care needs of normal pregnant, fetus, mother and newborn family members, starting from preconception during pregnancy, birth and after. In applied education, besides other related skills, the student is gained proficiency by giving birth spontaneously.

5) Innovations in Family Planning
6) Antenatal Care and Birth Preparation Classes Antenatal class types, Status of Antenatal Education Classes in Turkey and in the World, Effect of antenatal classes on pregnancy and birth
7) Women's Health and Complementary Medicine Practices (Birth in water, Music therapy, Yoga, Reiki, Acupessure, Acupuncture etc.)
8) Reproductive Health and Intercultural approach, Cultural approach, Infertility and Cultural approach in Prenatal and postnatal period
9) Work life and reproductive health (effects of chemicals on reproductive health)
11) Evidence-based practices, working examples in obstetrics and gynecology nursing (prevention of genital infections, family planning, infertility, menopause)
12) Sexuality and Sexual Health in Women's Life Periods
