Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to ensure that students have information about occupational health and safety legislation, and to have an idea about the legal regulations necessary for the prevention of work accidents and occupational diseases. |
Course Content: | International conventions on occupational health and safety, European Union joint decisions, Constitutional provisions on occupational health and safety, Laws and statutory regulations and regulations regarding the social rights of the employee in working life, Employee and employee responsibilities against the law, Employees who are harmed due to working conditions legal rights, calculation of disability values and compensation. |
