Course Objectives: Vectors, forces, rectangular components, moment, couple, resultant. Two and three dimensional force systems. Equilibrium in two and three dimensions. Free body diagram. Plane trusses, method of joints, method of sections, space trusses, frames and mchines. Centers of mass and centroids. Cables. Friction. Virtual work

Program Outcomes
