Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: To reveal the basic concepts and major decision subjects in the field of production management, to show the appropriate solution intervals; To introduce and apply the methods and tools in production / operations management.
Course Content: Production concepts, relations between production economy and production management, basic objectives and fields of production management, long and medium term production planning, long and medium term major decision subjects.
