Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to examine the concepts, functions, techniques, methods and approaches within the scope of Human Resources Management in health institutions; research on the subjects and applications in health institutions.
Course Content: In this course, HR organization in terms of health institutions, job analysis and job design, macro health human resources planning, micro health manpower planning, recruitment, selection and placement, training and development of human resources, success valuation, career management, job valuation and wage management , employee retention, protection function, HRM information systems will be discussed.
