Course Objectives: | In this lesson; It is aimed to focus on strategic issues related to procurement and procurement, and in this direction, it is aimed to teach the students such as purchasing functions, global sourcing activities, purchasing systems, solution of potential problems in the purchasing process and techniques such as determining the best suppliers and purchasing. |
Course Content: | Scope and objectives of supply management, supply structure and organization, supply process variables: quality, quantity, time, price, supply resources, supply management practices, supply system, purchasing process and purchasing models, supplier selection and evaluation of suppliers, purchasing plans and procurement operations , order quantity decisions and supply-stock relationships |
