Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: History and classification of microbiology to students,
bacterial morphology, bacterial physiology, bacteria reproduction
periods, bacterial genetics, disinfection,
preparation of the medium by applying sterilization, appropriate
taking the sample, preparing microbiology preparations and
planting in media, cross-infection, infectious
ways of transmission of microorganisms (bacteria, virus),
their diseases and ways of protection
