Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The purpose of this course is to provide a the basic concepts of value radiology. Radiography image the formation x - ray effects, x - ray tissue interaction, learning the radiography apparatus and equipment. proper use of radiography devices, radiological image quality and error-free is to know in order to obtain the necessary actions and items
Course Content: At the end of the medical imaging I course students
• Can choose different and special application areas of each radiological imaging methods.
• Has the ability to use the devices used in the radiology and nuclear medicine unit for diagnosis and treatment under the control of a physician.
• Knows the damages and protection methods that may occur due to radiation.
• Knows the medical and technical terminology required for the effective use of devices used in the field of diagnosis and treatment.
• Knows the radiological anatomy required for the effective use of devices used in diagnosis and treatment.
• Knows the risks associated with the devices used in the diagnosis and treatment field and takes the necessary measures.
• Sets the parameters of the imaging devices suitable for the patient under the supervision of a physician.
• It prepares the environment for individuals receiving diagnosis and treatment services to receive services in a manner that respects their personal rights.
