Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: This course is aim to give students the general law of the Turkish law of obligations. The course focuses mainly on the general consept and especially on formation of contracts.
Course Content: 1. Explain legal action, debt relationship and disclosure of the sources of debt
2.Summarize evidence from the relevant literature to support development of a line of argument
