Course Objectives: | This course is aim to give students the general law of the Turkish law of obligations. The course focuses mainly on the general consept and especially on formation of contracts. |
Course Content: | 1. Explain legal action, debt relationship and disclosure of the sources of debt 2.Summarize evidence from the relevant literature to support development of a line of argument |
