1) List the concepts and institutions related to various legal disciplines and the relationships between these concepts and institutions.
 1) Possess advanced level theoretical and practical knowledge supported by textbooks with updated information, practice equipments and other resources.
 1) Çeşitli hukuk disiplinlerine ilişkin kavram ve kurumları ve bu kavram ve kurumlar arasındaki ilişkileri sıralar.
2) Hukuk metodolojisi ile yorum yöntemlerinin bilgisine sahiptir.
3) Hukukun her bölümünde onunla ilgili yasal düzenlemelerden, yargı organlarının kararlarından, bunların gelişiminden ve bunlarla ilgili olarak bilimsel değerlendirmelerden haberdardır.
4) Hukuk uygulamasında karşılaşılan sorunları sıralar.

1) Solves the problems encountered in the practice of law based on legislative texts, judicial decisions and scientific sources.
 1) Use of advanced theoretical and practical knowledge within the field.
2) Interpret and evaluate data, define and analyze problems, develop solutions based on research and proofs by using acquired advanced knowledge and skills within the field.
 1) Mevzuat metinlerini, yargı kararlarını ve bilimsel kaynakları hukuk metodolojisinin sağladığı yöntemlerle inceler, yorumlar, değerlendirir.
2) Mevzuat metinleri, yargı kararları ve bilimsel kaynaklardan hareketle hukuk uygulamasında karşılaşılan sorunları çözer.
3) Hukuki uyuşmazlıkları mevzuat metinleri, yargı kararları ve doktrindeki görüşleri değerlendirerek çözüme kavuşturur.

Communication and Social Competence
1) Informs the relevant people and institutions on legal issues; transfers his thoughts and suggestions for solutions to the problems in written and verbally.
 1) Inform people and institutions, transfer ideas and solution proposals to problems in written and orally on issues in the field.
2) Share the ideas and solution proposals to problems on issues in the field with professionals and non-professionals by the support of qualitative and quantitative data.
3) Organize and implement project and activities for social environment with a sense of social responsibility.
4) Monitor the developments in the field and communicate with peers by using a foreign language at least at a level of European Language Portfolio B1 General Level.
5) Use informatics and communication technologies with at least a minimum level of European Computer Driving License Advanced Level software knowledge.
 1) Hukukla ilgili konularda ilgili kişi ve kurumları bilgilendirir; düşüncelerini ve sorunlara ilişkin çözüm önerilerini gerekçeli olarak yazılı ve sözlü olarak aktarır.
2) Toplumsal sorumluluk bilinci ile yaşadığı sosyal çevre için mesleki proje ve etkinlikler planlar ve uygular.
3) Bir yabancı dili en az Avrupa Dil Portföyü B1 Genel Düzeyinde kullanarak hukuk alanındaki bilgileri izler ve meslektaşları ile iletişim kurar.
4) Hukuk alanının gerektirdiği en az Avrupa Bilgisayar Kullanma Lisansı İleri Düzeyinde bilgisayar yazılımı ile birlikte bilişim ve iletişim teknolojilerini kullanır.

2) Possess sufficient consciousness about the issues of universality of social rights, social justice, quality, cultural values and also, environmental protection, worker's health and security.
 1) Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'nin toplumun huzuru, milli dayanışma ve adalet anlayışı içinde, insan haklarına saygılı, Atatürk milliyetçiliğine bağlı, Anayasa?nın Başlangıcı?nda belirtilen temel ilkelere dayanan, demokratik, laik ve sosyal hukuk devleti niteliğini savunur ve korur.
2) Hukukçu olmanın gerektirdiği dürüstlük, adalet ve etik anlayışına sahiptir.
