Course Objectives: |
After providing general information about the types of crimes in the special provisions of the Turkish Criminal Law, the general benefit of the crime, the victim, the victim, The material element is the transfer of details on the reasons for lawfulness, the moral element, the enterprise, the lawsuit and the participation.
