Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to introduce students to the concept of mass communication, enable them to understand the role of media, develop media analysis skills and provide a framework for increasing media literacy.
Course Content: Understanding the concept of mass communication and grasping the basic principles.
Evaluating the effects of media on society.
Gaining media analysis skills.
Improving media literacy.
