Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: To define what the constitution is and its types,
To ensure that the difference between state models is analyzed,
To teach the duty of the constitutional judiciary,
Helping to interpret the concept and types of democracy,
To teach election systems,
To teach the concept of norms hierarchy,
To teach the separation of horizontal and vertical powers,
provide detailed information about Ottoman Turkey constitutions,
To give detailed information about fundamental rights and freedoms.
Course Content: In these courses, it is aimed to introduce the sources of knowledge of constitutional law and to explain the basic concepts of constitutional law. Modern constitutional institutions and their relationship with each other are taught. Turkey discusses constitutional law institutions
The basic characteristics of the state affecting fundamental rights and freedoms, the system of fundamental rights and the constitutional jurisdiction which expresses the judicialization of fundamental rights.
