Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: In this course, the fundamental elements of Civil Law will be determined and the initial provisions will be explained, and detailed analysis of the rules of law of persons and solutions of legal problems will be shown.
Course Content: The initial provisions of the Civil Code; in-depth analysis of the concept of rights, the application of civil law in terms of place, time and meaning, subjective and objective rules of goodwill, the concept of person and personality, which is also the subject of the law of persons, real and legal persons, right and act license, protection of personality, name , relationship, personal status, engagement, marriage, ending marriage, custody and guardianship are examined in detail.
