Course Objectives: | To gain the ability of physiotherapy students to understand the psycho-social status of each individual, disabled, healthy, athlete who will encounter in the field, clinic and to determine and implement the rehabilitation program for the situation. |
Course Content: | The content of the course; According to the International Classification of Functioning, the terms of individuals' disabilities, current biopsychosocial perspective, disability and disability groups, causes of disability, stages of disability adaptation, psychosocial approaches in different disability groups, sports approaches in the disabled, bringing the disabled into life, including public and private sector psychosocial approaches and promotion of participation. |
