Course Objectives: | The aim of the course is to examine the developmental conditions, the impact of social development and politics of communication tools and media in the historical process. To comprehend all aspects of hybrid media, which is the fusion of new media with traditional media, where the internet is the main power. |
Course Content: | Traditional mass media, newspapers, radio, television, economics of traditional media, mass communication theories, web 2.0, new media technologies and features, social networks, use of social networks as a marketing and advertising tool, social-political-cultural and economic transformation of media effect, media innovation. |
