Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to provide the participants with the knowledge of the development process of the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which should be used by the employees, the development process in the world and in our country, the legal basis, characteristics, usage areas, usage, supervision and control.
Course Content: Types of PPE,
• Head, ear, eye and face, breathing, trunk and abdomen, hand and arm, foot and leg, skin, whole body.
• Sorts the application areas and properties.
Noisy environment, working at height, high voltage areas, dusty environment, working with chemicals, high temperature work environments v.s.
• Indicates the conformity of PPE.
• Evaluates the use of correct PPE.
• Have knowledge about related legislation.
