Course Objectives: | The aim of the course is to expand the fields of Administrative Law in the realization of health services, which fall under the field of Administrative Law, in the protection and compensation of damage that may arise from the treatment mistakes and other harmful acts of the health worker. |
Course Content: | To evaluate the health services within the scope of Administrative Law and to examine the responsibility arising from the damages that may occur in the provision of these services. |
