Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to o teach the students basic design thinking and production processes and to provide students with an introduction to architectural design. |
Course Content: | Developing the transition process from 2-D to 3-D concepts. Basic concepts of point design such as point, line, form, texture, pattern, color and rhythm. Pattern creation experiments with various materials, 2D / 3D perception and expression studies of the form. Human body and ratio / measurement and dimensioning studies. Pattern and perspective studies in architectural design. |
