Program Training Goals

(The objectives determined in line with the purpose of the program are stated below.)

1	I. To obtain knowledge in basic sciences, plastic and visual arts, and the ability to apply these knowledge in the field of architecture. To have an ability to use information technologies and necessary tools that is needed for architectural applications.
2	II. Be able to analyze a building function, philosophy and form of a design, and be able to detect problems and to select an innovated method for a solution. The ability to make creative designs to meet desired needs.
3	III. Knowledge on structural design, construction and engineering issues of a buildings; sufficient information on building technology, climatic control and physical problem of building structure, in order to provide comfort inside of the buildings.
4	IV. To have a knowledge of art and architectural history; preserve and understand evaluation principles of conservation; and obtain awareness to protect an architectural heritage and to have ability to use new design in historic context.
5	V. To have awareness of ethical role of the architectural profession and the architect in society when preparing a design proposal about social factors.
6	VI. An adequate knowledge of urban design and the skills to involve in the planning process
7	VII. Take active roles in projects and teamwork; the ability to work and take in charge; the ability to perform necessary actions.
8	VIII. To convert design concept into buildings, organize production plans that are required to integrate the overall planning, sufficient information on the building regulations and procedures.
9	IX. As a requirement of life-long learning to follow developments in the field of architecture, the ability to access information and learning.
