Course Objectives: | The aim of this course; To explain the concept of In-Service Training and Management, to present the basic principles, techniques and approaches to the manager candidates about In-Service Training and Management practices, In-Service Training and Management activities. |
Course Content: | General explanations about the concept of IST; The development stages of IST at the national and international level; Organization and management styles in IST: IST organizations in the public sector; IST practices in the private sector Private IST organizations; IST practices at national and international level; Identifying needs at institutional and individual level; Preparation of IST plan in the short, medium and long term; Preparing and implementing a curriculum; Evaluation of IST activities; Problem identification and solution development methods in IST; General evaluation |
