| Successful students who have completed at least one semester in another department of the same institute at the university or in the graduate program affiliated with the equivalent institute of another higher education institution can be admitted to the graduate programs through horizontal transfer. In order for a student to be admitted to the transfer application, at least the grade of the grade taken from the courses he / she has registered until the application date must be CC. There is a need for compatibility between the graduate curriculum that it is currently continuing and the program it wishes to pass in terms of courses and admission conditions, and faculty and infrastructure facilities that can undertake thesis consultancy in the relevant department. The student who wants to transfer to a graduate program of the university; He / she applies to the relevant institute directorate at least three weeks before the start of the following semester education by adding the documents that introduce the ongoing curriculum and indicating the success of the courses he enrolled. Director of the institution; sends the application documents to the head of the relevant department and asks for the opinion of the commission formed by the department, and if this opinion is positive, the names of the courses that the student deems necessary to adapt to the program. The opinions and suggestions of the department are examined at the Institute Board of Directors and the decision on whether the student's transfer request is suitable is decided before the start date of the education. The courses taken by the student while enrolled in another university's postgraduate program are determined by the advisor and the relevant Department Committee recommendation and the approval of the Graduate School Administrative Board. based on non-formal certification outside formal educational institutions in Turkey or based on experience (in-formal and non-formal) recognition of the learning process it is at an early stage.
