Course Objectives:

Knows the ways and methods to be followed in educational organizations in situations that concern educational law.

Course Content:

Constitutional state; Managerial judicial institutions; The basic principles that affect our management; Sources of administrative law and law; Public personnel; General explanations about the investigation; Investigation and Investigation issues, assignment in investigations; Ways to be followed in investigation matters; Judicial investigation and execution; Preparation of a chaff; Administrative investigation and execution; Writing an investigation report; Writing review and review report; Preliminary report.
