Course Objectives: | The main objective of this course is to equip students with the ability to design and manage an international trade-oriented business in Turkey by covering legal, financial, and strategic dimensions. The course aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of company establishment procedures in Turkey, as well as practical knowledge of how to conduct foreign trade through production, marketing, financing, and governance strategies. Furthermore, students will develop the capacity to create sustainable and competitive business models by integrating free trade agreements, investment incentives, and global megatrends into their business design. |
Course Content: | This course aims to provide students with the legal and practical knowledge required for establishing and managing a business in Turkey with a focus on international trade. Key topics include company formation procedures, foreign investment regulations, export-oriented production, trade finance, marketing and governance strategies, as well as free trade agreements and incentive mechanisms. The course also addresses the influence of megatrends such as digitalization and sustainability on modern business design, supported by case studies and practical applications. |
