Course Objectives: | The aim of this course; To examine the scientific foundations of human resource management processes and to provide students with knowledge and skills on HRM functions. |
Course Content: | It covers basic functions such as management and principles, organization, job analysis, personnel planning, personnel recruitment and selection, orientation, training, training and development, career planning, rewards and remuneration, which are included in the support activities of the enterprise. |
