Course Objectives: | The aim of this course; To present studies on comparative education in the Turkish education system and to establish the theoretical infrastructure on basic subjects that will allow comparisons with the methods and techniques of the education systems of European Union countries. |
Course Content: | Comparative education concept; Comparative education methods; General aims of education systems of Turkish and European Union countries, administrative structures, school steps: pre-school education, compulsory education, secondary education, higher education; Job education; lifelong education; Teacher and administrator training, appointment and development systems; Methods used in the financing of education. |
