Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: Examines the scientific bases of organizations in the Performance Evaluation section in an important Human Resources Management function and gains knowledge and skills on the performance evaluation system.
Course Content: The topics included in the course will be covered with lectures, in-class exercises, case studies and discussion of business examples to enable students to internalize the Performance Evaluation concepts.
