Course Objectives: |
Within the scope of this course, international commercial contracts, international transportation of goods, resolution of international commercial disputes, foreign exchange legislation, payment methods used in international trade, bank letters of guarantee in international practice, financing techniques in international trade, Turkey-European Union relations in terms of foreign trade, customs regimes, Issues such as export and import transactions, company models related to foreign trade, foreign capital investments in Turkey, international commercial organizations, documents used in international trade will be emphasized. It is aimed that the students receive the necessary education on international law and approach the legal problems they may encounter with a universal perspective and legal knowledge |
