Course Objectives: | Operating room environment, surgical interventions, patient and environment preparation for surgery, infection control practices. |
Course Content: | Forty (40) working days of internship in the summer term at the hospitals determined by the department in order for the students to improve their operating room experience. |

2) Using the basic knowledge and skills acquired about First and Emergency Aid, it interprets and evaluates data, identifies and analyzes problems, and takes part / takes responsibility in the planned studies for solution. | |||||||||||
3) Informs the relevant people and institutions by using the basic knowledge and skills about the issues related to First and Emergency Aid cases; conveys his / her thoughts and suggestions for solutions to problems in written and orally. | |||||||||||
4) To follow the developments in the field of First and Emergency Aid, to update their knowledge and skills continuously, to have lifelong learning awareness, to participate in training and certification programs for professional development, to follow current literature and scientific research. | |||||||||||
