Course Objectives: Within the scope of this course, the development of collective singing skills, as well as the ability to sing two, three and four voice works within the rules of period, technique and musicality.

1) Basic level of voice and breath control. Proficiency in collective singing with music. To recognize the polyphonic and monophonic game in auditory sense.

Lesson Plan

2) Listening to the sounds in the classroom one by one, evaluating the sounds.
3) Classification of human voices, female (female) voices, male voices. Thin female (girl, female) voice: Soprano and its types, features. Deep female (girl, female) voice: Mezzo soprano, alto and its types, characteristics. Thin male voice: Tenor and its types, characteristics. Deep male voice: Baritone, bass and its types, characteristics.
4) Sound production, breathing and the position of eight vowels (u, o, a, e, i, ö, ü, ı) in Turkish. find, improve the quality of sounds and beautify them.
5) To tune male (female) female voices separately at the beginning of each lesson. To expand the volume of voices, highs, lows, intonation always to correct, to not tolerate the wrong tone in any way.
6) Pulse, Metro-rhythm, Rigor exercises in Intonation.
7) Connecting words and music. Diction, musical prosody and articulation.
8) Musicality, interpretation of music and words. Nuance, tempo, emotion and feeling exercises
9) Legato, statato, Markato, nonlegato, accents, accents, ritardando, rallentando, accelerando and others.
10) Midterm exam
