Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: The course takes as its starting point two basic questions about humans: "How did humans come into existence?" "How did man become 'human'?" The first of these two questions, which are interrelated and transitive, tries to understand us, humans, within the natural field of existence of which we are a part. The second question focuses on the emergence and evolution of "culture", which distinguishes humans from other living things and gives them the status of a "super-living" being.
