Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: To gain a broad perspective on rheumatic diseases in terms of evaluation and treatment approaches for the physiotherapy and rehabilitation system.
Course Content: Immunogenetic system in rheumatic diseases, evaluation methods and treatment approaches in rheumatic diseases, rheumatic diseases and risk factors, rehabilitation in rheumatoid arthritis, rehabilitation in juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, rehabilitation in osteoarthritis, rehabilitation in ankylosing spondylitis, rehabilitation in systemic lupus erythematosus, rehabilitation in fibromyalgia, rehabilitation in myofascial pain syndrome, lateral epicondylitis. rehabilitation, rehabilitation in medial epicondylitis, rehabilitation in Behçet's disease, rehabilitation in scleroderma, rehabilitation in inflammatory myopathies, chronic pain and coping with chronic pain, cognitive exercise treatment approaches.
