Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: To evaluate the history of clinical pilates and yoga, the definition of its techniques, its content, basic principles and applications.
To learn the use of clinical pilates and yoga in physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
Course Content: Definition of Pilates and yoga, its philosophy, its place and importance in health, pilates and yoga sessions, physiological reactions of pilates and yoga practices, application of breathing and relaxation techniques, the importance and application of concentration and meditation, the importance and application of pilates and yoga therapy in different clinical situations, clinical pilates. difference, use in rehabilitation areas, examples of pilates with equipment
