Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: To train well-equipped instrument artists who blend and exhibit national and universal performance techniques.
To ensure that our traditional instruments (THM-TSM), which are used especially in the performance of Turkish Music, are kept alive and taught, as well as the basic instruments performed within the orchestras.
Developing the repertoire and literature of our instruments, and introducing traditional and modern methods of playing methodically.
Course Content: To present and stage universal and traditional performance techniques within the framework of aesthetic and artistic criteria.
Interpreting and staging different colors and styles of Turkish and World music, individually and in groups, with master artists trained in the field of instruments.
To influence the world music genres and the process of change by creating schools with instrumental masters who have a voice in the national and international arena.
To design, develop and implement contemporary and quality staging projects.
