1) It is possible to code using the ICD-10 system from the medical records that are the basis for coding.
2) It can write at the speed of speech with ten fingers without touching the screen and keyboard.
3) Has knowledge and skills in using office programs.
4) Business writings, official and private correspondence will have the necessary skills.
5) They become compatible employees based on the voluntary principle with the principle of zero mistake that best represents the institution.
6) They have the desire for continuous learning, their appearance and behavior become exemplary individuals.
