Course Objective and Content

Course Objectives: the definition of microbiology, the properties of microorganisms and the tools and methods used in the microbiology laboratory
Course Content: Definition and history of microbiology, microorganism groups and their properties, instruments used in microbiology laboratory, staining methods, sowing methods
