Qualification Requirements and Rules

1. In order for a student to graduate from the program he is following, he / she must have successfully completed all the courses and other requirements of the relevant program and must have a GPA of at least 2.00.
2. Students who have met the necessary conditions for graduation but have only one unsuccessful course and who can achieve a minimum GPA of 2.00 as a result of the single course exam, a single course exam is opened by the relevant administrative board of the faculty within one month following the final exams, provided that they meet the conditions of that course. .
Students who fail the 3rd single course exam are given the right to take a single course examination within one month at the end of the following semester. A student can only take one course exam once in a term.
4. Students who do not have a failed course but cannot meet the required GPA of 2.00 for graduation are given an exam to increase the grade for only one course they have chosen before, within one month following the final exams, with the decision of the relevant board of directors. The grade obtained in the grade increasing exam is recorded in the transcript as the final grade of the course. Students who fail to get a GPA of 2.00 even though they get a successful grade in the grade raising exam, can retake the grade raising exam for a course they want within one month after the following semester / year-end exams.
