Under the influence of globalization and other political evidence, both non-governmental organizations and local governments have undeniable roles in national and regional development. On the other hand it is clear that Turkey should give importance to these concepts in EU integration process. In this context, "Local Governments" program forms the technical and academic infrastructure of the issue. Education language of the program is Turkish. English preparatory education is arbitrary and takes 1 year.
