Program Training Goals

(The objectives determined in line with the purpose of the program are stated below.)
1 S/he possesses advanced level knowledge in her/his field.
2 S/he possesses the ability to transfer her/his knowledge within the field to the staff and team members.
3 In terms of her/his decisions, practices and behaviors, s/he possesses the ability to interpret and analyze the data, define the problems and develop solutions by using information s/he acquired related to the field.
4 S/he conducts researches and studies on the issues within the field.
5 S/he takes responsibility as a project manager/participant in accordance with the aims of the related project.
6 S/he determines aims and targets for the organization.
7 S/he evaulates the knowledge and skills she acquired critically.
8 S/he develops positive attitude towards lifelong learning.
9 S/he informs people and institutions, transfers ideas and solution proposals to problems in written and orally on issues in the field.
10 S/he communicates effectively with shareholders in the vocational field.
11 S/he uses informatics and communication technologies with at least a minimum level of European Computer Driving License Advanced Level software knowledge
12 S/he monitors the developments in the field and communicate with peers by using a foreign language at least at a level of European Language Portfolio B1 General Level.
13 S/he acts in accordance with organizational, vocational, social, and ethical values.
14 S/he analyzes the relations between the organization and its shareholders and conducts the relations effectively.
15 S/he possesses the ability to induce innovations.
16 S/he possesses critical approach towards the organization.
17 S/he possesses sufficient consciousness about the issues of universality of social rights, social justice, quality, cultural values and also, environmental protection, worker's health and security.
