Program Training Goals

(The objectives determined in line with the purpose of the program are stated below.)

1	Use of theoretical domain knowledge in practice
2	Ability to use domain terminology effectively
3	To be able to act in compliance with the basic professional legislation related to the field
4	To be able to use information and communication technologies in the field of their field, to transfer their professional knowledge through written, verbal / nonverbal communication.
5	To be able to express social, scientific, cultural and professional ethical values.
6	To be able to behave and participate in quality management and processes.
7	Communicating at a basic level on a foreign language.
8	Applying the changing techniques depending on the developing technology, using new tools and devices.
9	To be able to improve the knowledge, skills and competences related to the field with the awareness of lifelong learning and to develop oneself personally and professionally.
10	To be able to use basic knowledge and skills related to the field, to interpret and evaluate data, and to identify and solve possible problems.
11	Ability to work with other health disciplines
12	To be able to define the material properties, functioning and organization of pathology laboratories in health institutions
13	Ability to use the relevant tools, devices and techniques in the pathology laboratories within the health institutions and to carry out all routine and special procedures related to macroscopy and histotecnology
14	To be able to prepare all basic and special chemicals, solutions and dyes used in pathology laboratories in health institutions
15	To have sufficient knowledge about archive, warehouse, laboratory safety
